Country Sausage Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 (10 ounce) package mini eight-inch baked pizza crusts (together with Boboli®)
  • 1/4 cup sage pork sausage
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon all-motive flour
  • 1/4 cup half of-and-half
  • half of teaspoon floor black pepper
  • 1/four teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 big eggs
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Melt the closing butter in a small nonstick saucepan over low heat. Pour in eggs; prepare dinner and stir till scrambled, 3 to four minutes. Remove from warmness; divide scrambled eggs flippantly over the pizzas. Top with Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake inside the hot oven until cheese is melted, three to 4 mins.
