Ingredients :

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 half of tablespoons white sugar
half teaspoon salt
half cup butter
1 (.25 ounce) bundle energetic dry yeast

1/2 cup milk, scalded and cooled
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
four tablespoons melted butter
3 half teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter, as for pastry.
