Ingredients :

  • Jam:
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup finely chopped sparkling grapefruit
  • 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® a hundred% Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • half of teaspoon roughly chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • half of teaspoon coarsely floor red peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • Grapefruit zest
  • Chopped sparkling thyme leaves
  • Coarsely ground purple peppercorns
